「ENHYPEN FANMEETING [EN-CONNECT] DVD」商品の販売イメージ内の地図の誤りに関して申し上げます。

本日の午後12時に公開された「ENHYPEN FANMEETING [EN-CONNECT] DVD」商品の販売イメージ(パックショット)に、誤った地図が使用されました。そのことを認識し次第 、すぐに訂正させていただきましたが、理由を問わず、誤った地図画像が短時間でも公開されたことは、BELIFT LABとHYBE360の責任です。当該地図により不快な思いをされたENGENEの皆様に心よりお詫び申し上げます。

再発防止のため、その経緯を把握した結果、デザイン担当者が「World map」というキーワードで画像を検索しダウンロード(https://pixabay.com/vectors/world-map-earth-global-continents-306338/)した後、当該地図に誤りがあることを確認できず、使用したことが分かりました。使用前に、事前に検討したり、制作過程で修正されるべきでしたが、不手際がございました。

販売イメージのアップロード直後、誤りがあることを確認し、午後の3時頃、正常イメージバージョンをアップデートいたしました。また、当該構成品 (PASSPORT)は、正常な画像を適用し制作される予定です。
制作および内部の検討過程で事前に誤りを発見できなかったことを、深くお詫び申し上げます。今後、地図画像の使用においてより細心の注意を払い、徹底した確認を行う所存です。

今回の件でご迷惑をおかけしましたことを、重ねてお詫び申し上げます。

‘ENHYPEN FANMEETING [EN-CONNECT] DVD’ 상품의 판매 이미지 내 지도 문제와 관련해 말씀드립니다.

금일 오후 12시에 공개된 ‘ENHYPEN FANMEETING [EN-CONNECT] DVD’ 상품의 판매 이미지(팩샷)에 잘못된 지도가 사용되는 일이 있었습니다. 인지한 즉시 바로잡았으나 이유를 불문하고 잘못된 지도 이미지가 잠시라도 공개된 점은 빌리프랩과 HYBE360의 책임입니다. 이로 인해 불쾌하셨을 분들과 ENGENE 여러분께 진심으로 사과드립니다.

재발 방지를 위해 경위를 파악한 결과, 디자인 담당자가 ‘World map’이라는 단어로 이미지를 검색해 다운로드(https://pixabay.com/vectors/world-map-earth-global-continents-306338/)한 후 해당 지도 파일에 문제가 있는 것을 확인하지 못하고 사용하였습니다. 사용 전 미리 검토하거나 제작 과정에서 수정되어야 했으나 그러지 못했습니다.

판매 이미지 업로드 직후 문제가 있음을 확인하고 오후 3시경 정상 이미지 버전을 업데이트했습니다. 또한 해당 구성품(PASSPORT)은 정상 이미지를 적용해 제작될 예정입니다.
제작 및 내부 검수 과정에서 미처 잘못된 점을 발견하지 못한 부분에 대해 사과드리며, 향후 지도 이미지 사용 시 더 신중을 기하고 철저히 검수하겠습니다.

This is BELIFT LAB and HYBE 360.

We would like to provide a statement on the issue regarding a map displayed as part of the product image of the “ENHYPEN FANMEETING [EN-CONNECT] DVD”.

At 12 PM today, a misprinted map was used as part of the product image (package image) of the “ENHYPEN FANMEETING [EN-CONNECT] DVD”. While the error was immediately corrected as soon as it was discovered, BELIFT LAB and HYBE 360 bear full responsibility for the display of such an image, however brief and regardless of the reason for the error. We sincerely apologize to all ENGENE and everyone to whom we caused distress due to our negligence.

In investigating the reason for the error to prevent a future occurrence, we discovered that the designer searched for an image with the key words “World map” and downloaded and used a resulting image (https://pixabay.com/vectors/world-map-earth-global-continents-306338/) without being aware of the problem with the map. The image should have been checked in advance or corrected during the production process, but it was not.

The problem was identified immediately after the product image was uploaded, and a new version with a correct image was uploaded at approximately 3 PM. The product in question (PASSPORT) will be produced using a correctly-printed image.

We apologize for failing to discover the problem during the production and editing process, and we will exercise more care and carry out a strict verification process in any future use of map images.
